And so it begins my Mexico adventure…wow its so surreal dont think its hit me yet?
Up in the air my psoas is most definately floating in space,perhaps if i focus on this feeling of weightlessness, being airborn, my jump backs will float aswell?
En route to JHB now and i have quite a wait before my flight to Atlanta…then to Cozumel,Mexico.
Class last night and this morning were emotionl for me, covered up by my worse than ever insecent chatter. Fought back the tears as Erin and i drove down the driveway as i waved enthusiastically back at my Ally who had come home to say goodbye.
So sad to leave my Ally and Brittany behind but as all my yogi bear family and friends, you are all with me in my heart…
