Today is actual Full Moon but we are in training so the show must go on….
Lasts nights Power Vinyasa Class with the Man was amazing, Michael you rock…
Sweat poured from my body that was crying out for mercy at times and when i got into the groove of it i felt like i  was floating, dancing, flowing…a humbling experience with a sense of finding a deep challenge in myself, another yoga place i need to explore.
So much exciting stuff to take home to my yogi family in South Africa…woo hoo!

Loving backbends in Mysore practice, getting injured teaches us many things and my shoulder challenge a couple of months ago taught me to…”slow down you move to fast you got to make the moments last”…….doo doo do do…. so i can also feel “groovy”
After practice Michael called me back in to adjust remaining yogi’s my friend Dalia was practicing so good to feel her energy in the space.

After a break we had an adjustment class,

We then practiced again in small groups being led by one of our fellow pupils. We then had to give feedback.
After lunch we did more yoga learning about the origional vinyasa counting system…we practiced through our bodies as Michael guided us in and out of vinyasas…which is movement with breath but challenging with true vinyasa counting.

After which we got back into our groups and was my turn to teach my group, if was the greatest challenge of my training so far…..if you can picture a room of 21 pupils divided into 4 groups and each group being led by a teacher, each teacher wanting to be heard by their pupils.

I now realise i dont have a very big voice and was straining above the other voices…dont know if it was the Full Moon i could blame but i heard myself mutter and then i swore, i think only Claudia heard me swear as the room was so loud….forget road rage i got…..studio noise rage…

I had decided i needed to do another power vinyasa class this evening to sweat the garbage, the frustration out…but i found i had a flat tyre on the bike again so had to attend to that and didnt feel like rushing back. I think the tyre saved my body as i really need to rest the body and study for my test tomorrow.

Tomorrow the sun will rise and it will be a new day…

Namaste..
